Our strategy
The landscape of Healthcare Information Technology is growing and evolving every day. Justice Healthcare Innovations is committed to focusing on quality over quantity. We do this by evaluating the needs of each client uniquely. When we find a person resource that we believe may be a good fit for a client, we undergo an extensive vetting process that includes résumé and reference validation, video interviews, and background checks before we recommend them to you.
In addition to our rigorous screening process, we believe that each client should receive maximum, hands-on evaluation and support. For that reason, we do not employ sales staff. When a potential client engages with JHI, we ensure only our Senior Associates, who are experts in the field, will be working with you to discuss the needs of your project. To facilitate this and to maintain sustainable growth and quality business practices, JHI limits the number of clients and resources it takes on. This allows us to ensure we are able to provide each client with maximum availability.
